Who are we

The information we collect and how

At Fatima Nail Studio, we take the privacy of our clients very seriously. Our sole purpose for collecting information is to provide our services, and we do not engage in the sharing or selling of any collected data. We respect your right to request a copy of your recorded information or to have all identifiable information removed. If you have conducted business with us in a year, we will automatically delete your identifiable information. To ensure transparency, we provide a comprehensive list of our business services and how each service utilizes the collected information.

Appointments Confirmations and reminders

We will use email, or SMS to both confirm and remind you of your scheduled appointments. Your booking of an appointment will be considered consent for us to undertake this activity. However, we do offer the option to opt-out at any time should you prefer not to receive these reminders.

Where We Store Your Information

At Fatima Nail Studio, we utilize a salon software program called 'OVATU' to store all of our clients' information. This program is run on a Personal Device that is secured with a pin password and can only be accessed by our staff members. Each client has their own online record card that contains their appointment details, consultation cards, medical notes, and contact information. We want to assure our clients that we do not share their information with any third-party outside of Fatima Nail Studio, except for OVATU, which is fully compliant with GDPR.

Policy

To ensure that we can provide efficient service to all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice you need to cancel amend your appointment. Please note that a fee will charged for late cancellations, which be 50% of the service fee, and a fee of 100% of the service fee will be charged for no-shows. If you more than 10 minutes late your appointment, we not be able to proceed the service due to scheduling conflicts, and a late cancellation fee will be charged. appreciate your understanding that no-show appointments have a significant negative impact on our business, we thank you for valuing our time.

- Our organization is dedicated to taking all possible steps to prevent the spread of the virus.
In light of current circumstances, we kindly request that you attend your appointment unaccompanied.
- We encourage the use of contactless payment methods whenever feasible.
- Please avoid using your mobile device during your appointment.
- The use of masks is mandatory in order to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- We kindly ask that you make use of the hand sanitizer provided upon arrival to sanitize your hands.
